Biography
Drago Njegovan, PhD (b. 1955) is a museum and scientific advisor. He served as Director of the Museum of the City of Novi Sad (2006–2008) and Director of the Museum of Vojvodina (2016–2020). He was also President of the Museum Society of Serbia. He has published 57 monographic works, including 20 volumes of archival materials on Ustasha and Nazi German crimes in Srem, covering concentration camps such as Sajmište, Kustodija, and Jasenovac. His works have been translated into English, French, Russian, Ukrainian, Slovak, Romanian, Bulgarian, Hungarian, and Ruthenian. He is the recipient of the November Charter and October Award of the City of Novi Sad, the Gold Badge of the Cultural and Educational Association of Serbia, and the Gold Medal for Merit in Museology.
